Zemanta ltd: Making blogging easier
Zemanta has released a new super super cool addition to the blogging world. You can either have it integrated with your
favourite blog (WordPress.org, Blogger.com, TypePad.com, LiveJournal.com or MovableType) or to make it easier to use Zemanta on multiple blogging websites at the same time you can download their extensions/pluggins.
I have personally started using a Firefox pluggin of Zemanta. It gives you a small sidebar in your ‘Write Post’ window which recommends images for your posts, articles similar to your post and even links to some of the words in your post.
Zemanta is something that I find very useful and have fallen in love with since I first discovered it (around two hours ago
). The reason why I have fallen in love with Zemanta is because in all of my posts I like to refer my readers to Wikipedia or other websites for certain keywords which I believe not all users may know. To accomplish this I must manually find the website, copy the links and paste them under each keyword. Zemanta searches Wikipedia and other websites using the keywords in posts and displays the links as options that I may chose which will then automatically place that link under that keyword.
Thanks,
Marat

Now sitting here looking at my blog I feel like I must persevere and start blogging again. Maybe not as often as I use to (once per day) but at least a couple of times per week. Lately I have been caught up in the micro-blogging community/craze, mainly Twitter. I have found it to be quite interesting. Twitter is mainly used to let others know “what are you doing?”. You’ll have people following your updates and you’ll follow others so that everyone will know what everyone is getting up to and vice versa.
